Amount kept on hold by Haryana and timil Nadu cuber crime police

Hello All, My self Venkatareddy, I am from Bangalore and holding salary account with HDFC bank. I got 49324/- from my frnd via UPI to my account on 28/5/2025, because of this transaction Haryana cyber crime police has kept 38089.75/- on hold on 2/6/2025 , and again Tamil Nadu cyber police again kept 49324/- on hold on 1/7/2025 for the same transaction issue which is done on 28th may. Now hdfc bank officials saying they can’t do anything from their end and asked me to proceed legally.

Hello sir, Your bank account has been freezed/ lien by both state police for some connection with cyber crime. You can legally proceed to get your account defreezed by filing application in court. Please provide the following details : 1. Can you operate your bank account - credit and debit 2. Have you given any representation to police/bank
