Amazon's Refund related issue-Refusing to provide what they promised

I ordered a mobile phone with Order Number #407-9117798-8609151, valued at ₹60,199. Unfortunately, this order was returned to the seller due to an issue on Amazon's end. After discussing the situation with customer service, I was assured that I could reorder the mobile whatever the price is there currently and the differential amount will be refunded. but post I ordered the mobile Amazon is refusing to provide the differential amoint
hi if the company is not refunding the differential amount then you could send them legal notice asking them to refund the amount and if they failed to pay then you could file consumer complaint in forum seeking compensation from them including damages
