amazon is not processing the refund

hello. I had returned a product to amazon 4 days back. now they are saying that i returned a different product than what I had received. i asked them on their consumer support to check the cctv footage of the place where the refund took place they are simply saying that they cannot do anything about this and won’t refund my money.

You can appeal a denied request within 30 calendar days of receiving notification of the denial. Amazon will review denied requests and notify you of the final decision within three business days. further you have an option to file a case in consumer court.
