Agreement with lawyer for Result based outcome

Is there any precedent or available agreement which can be done with the lawyer stating the commercials which will be based on the result of the case? For Example a lawyer will get paid a certain amount or percentage only when the result of the case is in favor of the client. Do such arrangements/agreements exists?

No, No such Agreements exists. Supreme Court of India in its several Judgements has termed such Contracts or Agreements as Illegal. So, if any lawyer enters into such agreement with you and you do not pay him percentage as commission for seeking results in your favor then Court will not hear that Advocate's case to recover from you legally that percentile commission.
