Agent harrassment for loan recovery on call and home visit

Due to some financial problem I am unable to pay my dues on time. Regarding this I mail to loan company but there harrash me on call and home visit. Please help me for for this.
If the bank is a national bank, and the loan is a mortgage loan, then you can file a case in DRT debt recovery tribunal.
And if agents of the bank are in person approaching to the house , you can report it to the concerned police station .
