Helped friend by paying loan emi and also payments to his relatives and workers All payment done Digitally He clearly promised me to repay everything by selling the property Half property sold Not repaid When I asked Refused to repay Can I get my money back legally

You can file application before the police station and You can also file suit for return of money against the person and recover the same through his personal assets if any you can execute the order if past in favour of you against that person by arrest him in civil execution petition

you can file a suit for recovery of money. you can attach the property of defendants before the judgement. you have to pay one tenth of the suit amount as court fee. it will be ordered as costs to you in case you succeed in the suit.
