I ordered an oxygen cylinder a few months back but till the time it reached home my family member passed away and we returned it as it came without even touching it
After all the rituals were finished I contacted the person from whom I purchased it but he's not ready to refund any money and the man who delivered it took some money from my family as delivery charges which weren't mentioned before.
Please advise me what should be done next in this matter

If at the time of purchase the condition of purchase pre defines that the item
Purchased will not be returned them you cannot for sellers to return the item purchased form the seller if such condition is not mentioned in the purchase you can go to the consumer court for lack of service
