Account freeze for wrong complaint .

process for defreezing the account has been done but still the account is freeze and did not recieve my money back even after 8 months
Follow up with the police if the said matter is still under investigation and respective bank authorities that why it's still freeze. If no futile outcomes, write a complaint to the ombudsman, stating your issue.

Well, in this case, you need to file a Contempt of Court Case against such authority which has not been paying back you the money, which you are entitled to get, as per the Court Order of defreezing of account. As the Authority is not following directions of Court, Contempt of Court Case is justified in your case.
