About emi due and cheque bounce

Hello today I got a call regarding cheque bounce and cheque was given for security to loan company and cheque was bounce in December and no notice I received or my family members on email by post or but today legal team call and said a warrant has with us for cheque bounce and now they send me legal notice in which date is 30 August and 30 October 2025 and now they send me notice by whatsapp,so what to do against them and they torcher me alot

firstly you tell me your address and you r saying that you have given that cheque as a security cheque then no problem do not get penic yourself it's not a big issue I will settle it very humbly so you can contact me directly i will tell you all solutions regarding that how you can prevent yourself from this problem
