A friend borrowed money and now refuses to pay back

What I do to get this money back from my friend. ? He is talking so rudely. Not giving any answer to give my money back . Should I go to police?
If your friend is rude, you can compell him to be submissive for ever. He will also pay back your money with thanks. But to achieve this wonder you need to approach a suitable Advocate like available on rsahota dot com and watch how he handles it.

No... Police will not help you. We have to send one legal notice and thereafter wait for some time. And still if he is not responding then we can file a case in the court for recovery. If you want to take proper steps then contact me and meet me after taking appointment.
