5 lakh Amount on lien by cyber cell in bank

A week before, amount of 5 lakhs put on lien by axis Bank, banks didn't give any information. On visit delhi cyber cel, i got to knew, in two states there is a complaint one is thane, waghle estate and 2nd bangalore, and he gave me just numbers, which I have not contacted as awaiting proper info from Bank.
I have delivered a goods which amount I received from customer.
Kindly advice me the same
