16 years old and continuous account frozen by cyber crime police

10-Sep-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hi. My savings account which is genuinely used by me for all purposes. On which I have loans etc. I have never done any fraud in my account. I had bought some bitcoins in Jan end and Feb first week. Sold them for a profit on 1st May. Now, on 14th July, my account was frozen and I came to know about the same only after some time. Contacted the bank and they told me that Jamshedpur cyber crime police has frozen my account. Now, I am in touch with the IO but he has yet not sent me any notice etc.

Sorry to hear that. You can take legal action against Frozen Bank account. You should approach your Bank and take a copy of the notice that they have received from the police based on which they have freezed your account.
