helo, sir firstly send them legal notice and gave them 15 days time to pay your defaulted payment. than mostly parsons pay their payment after seeing legal notice.. and if still requires than file recovery suit. you can hire us for your total works because you have to file seprate case on each customers and our fees is also reasnable.

you can file a suit for recovery of the amount on the basis of the invoices that you have raised.
before filing the suit you can opt to send a legal notice to the concerned party and in case they do not respond to the same then you can proceed with filing the case in the court of competent jurisdiction.

You can send them a legal notice regarding your grievances and in that notice you can write to give the payment or face legal action which will be at your cost. And if you want to go legal then you can also file a complaint. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, going by the limited information provided by you. We first need to tackle the limitation issues with the bills which are pending for more than 3 years and the other bills are equally important but they can be tackled. It is better to have a meeting so that the matters can be understood.

You need to file suit for recovery under order 37 CPC if u have proper bill of these customers..n there are proper terms n condition of payments ..! Bill more then three years u need to ornery collect evidences that these customer will pay that amount in future ..plz b in touch asap
