1. can i compalin to ts rera, my building is not registered in rera

I have purchased an flat in aprtment (total 12 flats) in 2018, there is no enough space in cellar for 12 car parking, only 6 car parking can be fitted, builder mentioned for all 12 flats car parking included in sale deed, he havent marked the car parking or any sort of marking, unmarked open area in cellar is left he said he will allocate once all flats are sold now last flat is sold in 2023, he didnt give slot to anyone , can i ask for compansion for leaving car parking

Yes you can ask for compensation by sending legal notice to your builder and you can also file a cheating case on him and my suggestion by sending legal notice he will pay you the compensation to you
