Wrong legal heir showing up on notary unregistered release deed

Only 2: legal heir showing up on notary unregistered release deed. My elder brother did not mention his name as a legal heir on the notary unregistered release deed and transfer the property to his name by relinquishing my property share in his favour. Can I file any criminal action of cheating against him in police?
you will have to first go through the contents of the release deed and see what all is mentioned in the deed.
if there is any relinquishment of rights then there must be a relinquishment deed as well.

Yes this is cheating n forgery ! U can do police complaint and slo file suit for partition n possession to get your share from your brother …plz do the same on social talks first ..if things doesn’t work out then b in touch with us …

hello client as i can i see your issue is really very serious issue it need an immidiate action in the court of law . in the condition when you has been cheatwd by your own brother so yoy need to take urgent legal action is mandate fir is not enough for this matter we need to take other actuons as well.

If your brother has fabricated and forged any documents and details to usurp your share then the same amounts to criminal offence of cheating and many other offences as per law.
