1. What is the total cost that I will incur for filing a writ mandamus in the High Court in Delhi?
If there is a variable cost kindly let me know the tentative cost.

3.Can I claim the expenditure involved from the opposite party for this?
In my case MCD Delhi gave Demolition Order in Nov 2005 and has refused to execute the order as they have been bribed by the Flat Owner and this illegal structure has caused loss of life also...so I need to first get it demolished.

First we have to file the writ petition before the High Court of Delhi and after issuing the notices on the same a time of 4 weeks is given by the High Court to the opposite party to file their reply or counter affidavit and after that if we want to file any rejoinder a similar time will be given to us after which we can argue and conclude the matter. Rest is the time taken by the Judges to pronounce the judgment. Fees can be discussed in meeting.
