Woman threatening to get me imprisoned under woman safety sections

There is dangerously massive, Thorny ,green tree very close to d back of our house... It's not ours... It help poisonous snakes n ghorras to enter our House.... It has its' whole weight to our house..it is encroaching our roof making it uncomfortable 4 sleeping ,walking etc...it is owned by a widow.... She threats to get me imprisoned under women safety sections... She has no son but 9 daughters ....I m selected for a government job..u can understand my fear..can d tree b removed completely from there. I m from a rural area...what should I do?
You should present a claim of TI inside a court to remove that tree which you tell your problem to the court that I have this problem and threaten our lives and goods. Court will solve your problem and some order will be passe for u . Pls give me 5 rating in this aap
No need to worry, Please write and application to your gram panchayat for the problem with the photograph of the location, Please also take the receiving of that application. The Sarpanch will helps you for this matter. If still you are not satisfy with the action than make a complaint copy to your DM along with the application copy and receiving of the application.
