Withdrawal of rent from Rent Controller Office

About 20 years back some of my tenants deposited rent with rent controller office kolkata . How can I withdraw those rents ?

sonce from 20 years your rent is getting deposited in rent controller office so through some process you have to go with you have to provide your kyc documents and the rent agreement with the tenant what is your jurisdiction...

To give opinion it is necessary to know whether you have challans of those payments and whether you being the landlord issued rent receipt to that Tenant prior to that deposit of rent before the Rent Controller and what was the ground of refusal on your part to accept rent .If you wish to take my Legal opinion professionally upon online payment, then can contact.
