Withdrawal of interim stay order on civil suit

I had taken interim stay order on a flat as its papers are registered in my and my husband's name. We are having a maintenance case in process and he wanted to sell of this property. To avoid doing that, I had taken interim stay order. Now I want to withdraw that case...Please guide me on the procedure.

hello mam,
He can't sell the property alone due to:
-- the property are the name of both (you and your husband) and
-- you have take stay on the property.
Further, The Application to be file for withdraw the case.

We have to file an application for vacation or stay before the concerned courts by stating the reasons for such an application.

If satisfied, the court will vacate the stay. The procedure is almost the same, it is in case for taking a stay.
