A LEGAL REMEDY, ALSO JUDICIAL RELIEF OR A JUDICIAL REMEDY IS THE MEANS WITH WHICH A COURT OF LAW, USUALLY IN THE EXERCISE OF CIVIL LAW JURISDICTION, ENFORCES A RIGHT, IMPOSES A PENALTY OR MAKE ANOTHER COURT ORDER TO IMPOSE WILL. IN THE INSTANCE CASE, THE PARTY (OWNER) IS HAVING SHARE IN UNDIVIDED LAND EVEN NOT MENTIONED IN REGISTRY DOCUMENTS. IT IS OPEN TO GET ISSUE LEGAL NOTICE ON APPROACHING ADVOCATE FOR LEGAL ADVICE GIVING FULL FACTS AND THEN FILE SUIT BEFORE CIVIL COURT. REAL ESTATE(REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT,2016 LIKELY TO INSTILL CONFIDENCE IN THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY.

If owner sold only shop and nothing in undivided share of land, purchaser will not get any undivided share in land. Extent of undivided share in land must be mentioned in the Registered Sale Deed which is otherwise the purchaser is having problem.
