Will of Ancestral property to outside committee

28-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
We are three married sisters and have no brothers. Our father died in 2011, he owned four generations of ancestral undivided agricultural land. After the father's death, the entire ancestral agricultural land was transferred to our mother. Our mother also died in January 2019. After her death our elder sister's husband introduced our mother's registered "will" in tehsil, in which my mother wrote ancestral agricultural land in favor of elder sister's husband's committee. In this case, as Hindu heirs, there are no other brothers, what are the rights of three married sisters? Shall the land be transferred to our elder sister's husband's committee? While the land is ancestral, undivided and agricultural. Apart from this, we all three sisters lived with our parents even after marriage.

As the property is ancestral, she had no title to transfer the title to sister husband committee. the same is wrong, null and void as per law.

you need to challenge the same in a court of law with immediate effect. In between stay order shall be taken too.

This property must be divided between three sisters and no one else.
