Will I be able to sell my property without blro mutation

I have a 2.5 kattah land and a structure house which I want to sell. I do not have blro mutation rest all documents are available. Can I sell my property in West bengal

Yes. You are able to sell your property without BL&LRO mutation but it is necessary that your property is a good marketable title and also Parcha in the name of your previous owner or owners. If you have possess those papers then you can sell your property.

no it's not possible to sell the property unless and until you have mutation on your name according to law you must have the property registered on your name and the mutation also on your name should be registered then no more documents
