After death of grandfather, her one of widow daughter in law added her name in property using death certificate of grandfather saying they are legal heir if the property. This is my response to you:
1. The daughter has a claim on the property;
2. Since she being the legal heir;
3. Your grandmother can apply for letters of administration in the HC;
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts, disclose all the legal heris and take steps.
