Whether Gift deed can be revoked by Donor

In the year 1998 One realtor have purchase 4 acre having survery number is 53/4A, 53/4B, 53/4C. He formed the layout approved by Taluk commissioner and road in the layout is been handover by donar to Village panchayat through gift deed and it is registered in registration department. In the gift deed he mentioning as Gifting to Village panchayat president and here with saying as Patta in my name cancelling and transferred. Donee sign is not there, because of temporary president at that time. After the permanent president came, the presidents taken steps for patta ownership change . For 53/4A PATTA No IS 420, FOR 53/4B PATTA No IS 458, FOR 53/4C PATTA No IS 530. I have check the ownership list for PAtta number 420 . Totally 80 owners one of the owner listed is Village panchayat. I have check the ownership list for PAtta number 458 and 530 . Totally 20 owners , I could not find the village panchayat in the owner list. Can donor can revoke the gift deed? Whether gift deed is valid ?
