Whether deceased wife's husband is liable to get the share in property

It's about a property case. Comes under Hindu succession act. There are 5 kids in one family. 2 boys and 3 girls. Their father had purchased one land. But he is no more .and elder daughter is married also no more. She has got a girl child. Her husband married to another women .now the family member wants shares and they mutually agreed equal 5 shares. Whether deceased wife s husband is liable to get the share?

Under the Hindu Succession Act there is provision that the property would devolve to the husband after the death of wife.
As per Hindu Succession Act the class 1 legal heirs of a woman are sons and daughters including sons and daughters of predeceased sons and daughters and also the husband
