Our father's sister was signed in sub-register office in 2015, then also her name came in RTC column 12 below my father's name but in column 09, only my father's name is there. In this case she can claim again after 10 year
You should check the date from which her name was deleted from RTC and the document / order for that. Then take a copy of that proceeding and show it to any civil lawyer. Based on the merit of the order you can decide further action.
