What is your query Sir/Ma'am. ??
If you have sufficient, valid legal paper/ evidence related to the property in question so enclosed with the suit or file fresh suit for eviction. If you want any further consult related to the dispute visit to my office, with complete documents I will suggest better way to solve your problem.

Yes, you should file suit for posession.
Reason is in case court dismisses your 156(3) you will have an option to persue your suit.
I am handling a similar matter in which court has dismissed 156(3) and only pursued 200 application.
And l have filed a suit before High Court.
