What to do to make the land under my control

i have a plot of land named under my Grandfather(A). All the Kewala paper and the tax paper have my grandfather name. But on 1973 my grandfather gave the land as(BHARNA) for Rs500 to their cousion(B).The B's wife sell(Kewala) the land to a third persion of my village (C) in 2009.When C goes for the land mutation ,he denied for it as the land under my grandfather name.Then C inform us about the land ,after get acknowleged we get the copy of the land paper registrar office and also payed the tax till 2018. What to do to make the land under my control.
The title upon the plot is in favour of your grandfather but there is a charge upon your property by way of Bharna(mortgage). It is advisable to redeem the property by paying the sale amount to c as he has paid a certain amount to B.Thereafter the property will free from charge.

Your query is vague. Please let me know whether you want the property back as grandson or you want mutation in favour of the present purchaser?
However, assuming that you want to claim the property as your own for you are grandson, I am advicing:-
1. If you are in possession of the property, file a Title Suit for declarations that both sale deeds are void and not binding upon you and for declarations of your Title on the property.
2. If you are not in possession, relief of delivery of possession will also be added in above suit.
