What to do someone has registered a company at my home address

Hi, I am from Delhi, someone has registered a company at my home address in 2009. My father is legal owner of my house and i'm staying with my family. Can you please suggest me how can i cancel this registration address ? I'm waiting for your response Thanks
Write a letter in terms of Complaint to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registration of Companies Department demanding cancellation of Registration of that Company and also to the Company registered at your address demanding them to change their address. In case they do not response you can file a case against Company in court for stopping them to use your address.

You can file a complaint with the Registrar of Companies along with a copy of the same complaint to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. They ROC has power the amend, cancel the company's registration if found False.

You should make a complainant to Delhi police, obtain the receipt of copy of complaint for your records. Further you should also inform to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs by going through the website MCA21 online, stating thereby that the co. Is fraud and was mischievous ly and falsely registered by somebody without your consent and knowledge.The Co. Will be blacklisted by the concerned authority and ministry and will come under surveillance.
