What to do person fraudulently got his name on my property documents

There is a person of CRPF, i have a flat in kolkata i gave the flat to him to take care and stay sometimes. In the government documents he got his name and electricity meter as well. What action can i take against him? Do i need to file case in delhi or kolkata?
Immediately file an FIR for forgery, fraud and criminal breach of trust. All these entails greater penal actions. You also need to keep with you the original documents. The case will be instituted in Kolkata.

Dear client, First of all tel me whether you have the original deed with you of your flat. then you have to file a case in kolkata only. First of all give a General Diary againat that person to local police station where flat is situated.
