Hello,
This is very easy matter so it is nothing to worry about. The very first thing which you can do is you will go to high court and apply for the probate petition. As you are the 1 heir the property belongs to only you and no force can take away your rights. For further help I would love to know about case in detail so I can provide proper solution as well as I can help you to make papers related to the probate

You don't have to worry. First thing, whether your husband has made a WILL. Second your name is as a Nominee or you are a joint holder. Continue staying at home and do not vacate at any circumstances. They cannot force you to sell the flat, if you do then you will have no place to live. In case if your children are threatening then you can take police help.
