What to do in case if possession of plot not provided

If a sell deed is done for a plot and builder dosent provide possession of bungalow as per agreement time schedule is it mandatory to continue with the project or can we ask rera for cancellation

Yes you can . In case you find the dilevery is not within time and your have sufficient documentation in this regard, you can go for Relief in RERA. The types of relief you can opt in RERA in Bhopal MP.

Dear Citizen,
RERA Act as of now does not specifically provide for cancellation of sale deeds. The general practice however is that after the adjudication of the matter, RERA will refer your case to the civil court having competent jurisdiction. The problem under such circumstances is that it will result in multiplicity of suits. Therefore it is more effective to move directly to the Civil Court first for cancellation of sale deed and recovery of amount given by you.

You have not mentioned the place where you have booked the property secondly definitely you can claim to return the fund even with compensation now even in many states there is a provision of fine to be imposed on builder
