What to do if there is a land dispute

Statement: Brother (party 1) signed and land has been registered to party 2 and pass books also with yonger brother (party 2). But that singed documents are not available it was happed past 25+years ago. Now party 1 saying that he is going to file a case saying that he signed with out proper knowledge or didn't signed. How party 2 safe his land. What are all the ways to save the land which is currently in party2 name. Thanks!

If the Pass books with the party 2 are in his name from the last 25 years then the party 1 has no right over the property since the title transferred from party 1 to party 2 only basing upon the signature of the party 1. If the property is in the name of the party 2 from the last 25 years and he is paying taxes etc., then he can eligible for title under Adverse Possession. For that he can file a suit before the Court for declaration under Adverse Possession.

file a injunction suit stating that the property is totally belongs to you , if your brother file any documents at that time by studying the documents we have to find the remedy. on the basis of the valuation you can find the jurisdiction you can file a case.
