What to do if the builder did fraud with me and gave me different flat

Booked flat in Lodha Amara under IPO style where they claimed that selection will be on lotary system. Applied flat in the bracket of 8-14 floor rate by paying adv. Rs.50K. Was allottes worst flat, lowest on 8th floor, back side and south facing.. Now got position after paying full money and possession letter signed allotted parking on 13th floor, again worst, despite being booking early.Not accepted the parking and raised complain to Lodha but they rejected. Being cheated, how do I get justies?
Do you have same in writing that you have been allotted so n so.. If yes then yo you can raise your voice against them in consumer court where your issues might be sorted. Only if you have sufficient evidence to prove that they have fraudulently given you some other Instead of the needed or booked.
