What to do if someone providing false property papers

I take a plot in delhi 25 gaj GPA property for dealer he say property is his and make a valid paper through court but after that they did not provide back chain for this property and after that we know this property owner not handover all the property paper for dealer and property dealer fraud me and take all amount. What i do for this matter.

You should immeditiately file a injunction suit against him and the actual owner in respect of the said property so that no third party right is created. You should further file a police complaint against the person who committed fraud with you!
