What to do if seller after sale illegal acquire the land sold

I have made an agreement to hand over the plot to someone and he had paid me some cash in advanced but i have asked him that i will registry it after 6 months but during this span he unlegally capturing my plot now i want to cancel my agreement what can i do.??
Agreement for sale and illegal possession, both are two different things. First you file a complain before local police for capturing your land illegally. Polish will take action. For cancellation of agreement, if it is registered, file application before registrar in this regard. If not registered then you will have to file petition in civil court for cancellation.

Send him a Notice through a Lawyer cancelling the Agreement on the grounds, mentioned in the Agreement. Return the money to the person. To stop him from interfering into your land, you will need to file an Injunction Suit in the local Civil Court.
