What to do if purchaser denies to give property after the sale deed

I had sale property to a relative.they deny to give money after sign property papers.and by cheating they take our original papers.all papers was notery papers and amount was 98000 rs in papers.this was done in September 2017.but now they are black mailing us and trying to take position on our property . please tell us what we should do.

Sir you need to file civil suit for injunction against the person who wants to take the position in your property and with this you need to file the cancellation of that notary papers as well otherwise that person will take your property in his name.

U can take stay on that property so that it cannot be sold further.Mireiver, u can also make cheating case against those relative.
Duplicate copy of the sales deed u can get from registrar office.

There are many loopholes that u can do that I can tell u only if u contact me.

You should file an FIR for cheating with the local police station. If the possession is with you, then no need to worry since notarised sale deed without registration does not confer title. After the FIR you can negotiate with your relatives for payment.
