What to do if property is given on lease without permission of owner

my house has been given to lease for 1,75,000 .without my agreement .my grand mother give to there relative and taken money .now she is say she took these money for my education .now i am 29 .she lie she has not given these money to me .i am Muslim girl married to christian man .so they did and ask money from me.when i was minor that property was also have her name because i am minor .years passed now also they are using that by given for rent and lease .if i want to stay i have to give money and take .i did nt have money to give or do case in court .what i can do .i have give in police station ,for robbery of property paper and property also.

You need to approach a civil court to get the possession of your property.If the Property rights is vested as guardian with your grand mother. if the Property is in the Joint ownership. You need to approach for partition to your get your share . If the property is in your name and your grand mother has right to enjoy till her life time . then you need to approach the court for injecting your grand mother for not changing the title owneship , and other developments . After attain the majority you become the absolute owner of the property. If the property is in your name and you are the owner of the property then no one can execute a lease agreement without your permission or grand. So such a lease deed is void. File a complaint before police of the trespass, use and occupation of the land or file suit for eviction.
