What to do if builder does not gave BBA even after 3 years

Hi, I bought a flat in greater noida in 2015. at the time of booking, I remember me signing a contract with builder i guess that was BBA. I asked for it but Builder didn't give. in the same year, i went out of country and since then not returned to India. I know i have been very naive and stupid not to ask about BBA till now. I have paid whole money through bank and have the booking receipts, loan paid receipt from bank and demand letter where payment details are mentioned. I would be thankful, if you can let me know what should i do. I know i made a terrible mistake but your kind suggestion will be highly appreciated. Warm Regards
You need to provide details of the project and builder. As per new real estate law every builder is required to register its projects even on going projects if they are not completed and of which completion certificate not obtained from the concerned authority. However you must immediately initiate action in this regard. For this you need to consult a real estate law expert lawyer to prepare a complaint and for further legal action. You will have to share all receipts and every documents which have of your flat. Your legal rights are protected subject to hire an efficient lawyer.

On the above-mentioned query please file immediately a appeal against the builder under section 44 of THE UTTAR PRADESH REAL ESTATE (REGULATION and DEVELOPMENT) ACT 2016 .
After filling the appeal within 90 days your problem will be resolved by the appellate authority.

There are two ways in which you can get BBA and possession after completion of construction work.
First way you can file a case in consumer forum where you can make prayer for BBA alongwith possession.
Second way is file a petition before HIGH COURT under RARA ACT and U.P Apartments Act.
As you have all requisite documents dont waste time in filing petition else your case may be dismissed on latches.
