What is the process of cancellation of flat

I had booked a 1BHK in Dec.2015 at the time of booking I had paid Rs.300000/-as a first Installment ,I have to pay the installment at early mode i.e. Jan month of every year for 5 years but now I dont want continue due to financial problem and I want to cancel the Booking Flat, I want to refund my deposit money , I did not get the Byer agreement till today
From you query it appears that you have not got the possession of the flat.You are not even aware whether the flat is ready or not please check up.Your refund depends on terms of agreement to pay till flat is delivered on a stipulated date.If flat is neither reddy nor the area is being developed nor the Builder can make the flat due to various reasons you have to check or consultant a lawyer with experience the document on the basis of which you. Are making payments.In all likely hood you are at list entitled to entire refund possibility of being paid penalty and compensation not ruled out.

write a letter to the builder seeking cancellation of booking and asking for refund. Wait for their response. In case they refuse to do either you will have to send them a legal notice and eventually file a consumer complaint seeking refund.
