What is the procedure of adangal document correction

Adangal Document Displayed As Government land. We are having Pattadhar Pass Book and Title Deed Pass Book. The Land is from my Ancestors. Now the MRO is telling that it is inam Land. So he wants to change the Adangal From Goverment land to Inam Land. But we are requesting for Patta Land as we are having Title Deed Pass Book . We have given a request letter in April. And till now no response. What shall we do?

Apply for E passbook in Me Seva center by filing all your title deeds and pass books. submit the same physical copy to concerned MRO and RDO of your District. Aplly to RDO and MRO as well as district collector for proceeding copy to declare your land as Inam / Govt Land under RTI Act , 2005

Dear sir, it is informed that the land is from your ancestors. It is a peculiar and interesting of your case. As furnished you have given request letter to M.R.O in April but no response till now. It is specifically mentioned that you are having Pass book and Title deed pass Book. Two options are available ie., to file a revision before the Joint Collector to direct M.R.O to consider your application and dispose of expeditiously or secondly, you can as well file Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court for appropriate direction to revenue authorities for the relief. In the meanwhile, you can obtain Failsal patti, Wasool Bhaki, ROR 1989-90, Setwar, Sesala 1955-1958 , ROR 1-B Extract, Land use Certificate, Survey report, pahanies up to date, Encumbrance certificate. You have good case to win and you can also approach good lawyer for Legal Advice and filing before Joint collector or writ petition in Hon'ble High Court.
