Q: What is the procedure of adangal document correction

Adangal Document Displayed As Government land. We are having Pattadhar Pass Book and Title Deed Pass Book. The Land is from my Ancestors. Now the MRO is telling that it is inam Land. So he wants to change the Adangal From Goverment land to Inam Land. But we are requesting for Patta Land as we are having Title Deed Pass Book . We have given a request letter in April. And till now no response. What shall we do?

Dear Client , Apply for E passbook in Me Seva center by filing all your title deeds and pass books. submit the same physical copy to concerned MRO and RDO of your District. Aplly to RDO and MRO as well as district collector for proceeding copy to declare your land as Inam / Govt Land under RTI Act , 2005

Q: Original documents to file a suit for land acquisition

Sir, We are Hindus. Please let us know whether we need to produce original documents for filing a suit? Or for getting injunction order? Thank you.

dear client , you need to produce original documents for filing the suit in order to get injection order from court.But you did not mentioned the status of documents clear whether they are available with you or not

Q: Does an adopted child have rights on his father's property

I was adopted by my fathers’s elder brother. At the time of adoption my age is 23, legally will i have the right on my adopted fathers property? Will i have right on my own fathers property also?

Dear client, you have not mentioned whether the adoption was registered or not and you have any children to you adopted father. you will have right on you father only after demise of him Hence you may have l right on your fater's property.

Q: How to sell my share in property if other share holders are not ready

There are 10 shares in our ancestral property. No one is staying there. I want to sell my share of the property . Others don't want to sell the property and also they will not buy my share. how can I sell my share of the property ?

IF ONE LADY IS MARRIED WITH NO DOWRY, PROPERTY NOTHING SHE DID NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM HER FATHER,HER HUSBAND ALSO DIDNOT HAVE ANY PROPERTY DUE TO HIS PARENTS SAKE HE GOT MARRIED WITH HER , RECENTLY HER HUSBAND DIED . According to Hindu Law every daughter have share in her father's ancestral property. you Did not mentioned Father alive or died. If father died then the daughter become on of the legal-hire to claim the property of father. only If the property is self acquired by father and not transferred to any one at the time of father alive.
