What is the procedure for Cancellation of gift deed

My mother has given a part of house as a gift for her own sister.now her sister is planning to acquire a whole house and also trying for sale it.she also changed electrical connection to her name.please tel me it is possible to cancel the gift deed.
Sir, if ur mother has gifted the property and also gave the processing of the property to her sister , she can't take it back, u can challenge the gift deed in court of law, by filling a suit from ur side,and ur mother can state that she was been forced to transfer the property.

If the Gift Deed is registered then you have to file suit at jurisdictional court by seeking cancellation of the Gift under the grounds of the illegality done by your aunt, once it is proved then it will be cancelled.
