What is the procedure for adding names to sale deed

have a 2 BD apartment in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. I want to add my sister's and father's name to the property.Will I need to get property registry done again? If yes , what are the charges?

For this you need to heir a lawyer and draft a gift deed in which you have to give few portion to both the person and then after submit it to sub-registarar under whose jurisdiction it come.
Stamp duty would not be charged much high as your property is already registered and you are gifting it to your family member only.

If sale deed of your flat have already registered then you can not added or remove the name of the person who purchased the property. You can gift some portion to your father and sister by way of registered gift deed. The second option is available for you that your father and sister file a suit in civil court against you for declaring previous sale deed is null and void because the property in question having joint ownership but you made registry in your single name. In this case you and your father and sister can file a compromise deed on which the civil court can declare joint ownership. I think it is the best way.
