What is the hierarchy of property distribution in second marriage?

14-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Experts, I belong to a north Indian family. My grandfather had two wives. His first wife died giving birth to a son (Mr. X). After the death of his first wife, he married to second wife. Second wife had 2 sons (both married) and 3 daughters (2 of them are married). My grandfather's second wife also dies 15 years ago. My grandfather died a last month. All the property is ancestral (farming land etc). Now my questions are: 1. How the property distribution would be? 2. Would Mr. X get half the share? 3. Will 2 of the married daughters also get the share in property? Thanks !

the property will be equally divided between all the children of your grand father. All will have equal share right in ancestral property , daughters who are married have no right in this ancestral property.
