First you make a list of all claimable property and get it valued by authorized valuer.
For land and property you contact to licensed property valuer and for gold you contact to a jweller.
You sum up the total value of all claimable property and approach the court, they will tell you the digit payable as court fee.
An advocate can do this entire job for you. You don't need to do hard work to know the court fee digit. You just be prepared to PAY it.

Hi,
Court fee for filling suit for partition is very nominal like 13 Rs in Delhi but you will have to give an undertaking that you will pay the court fee for your share.
If you wish to pay for whole property it will come out to be around 3 lacs approx.
Thanks
