31-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My father was disinherited in 2012 by my grandfather.my grandfather died in 2015 and my grandmother died recently.do i have any right on my grandfathers property????
It depends upon the nature of property like ancestral or earned , you are only entitled when that property is ancestral , I can give you legal advice only after going through a detailed discussion s with you so request you to mail your query
What type of disheritence is to be seen, n also the type of property ur grandpa left behind. If it is ancestral then u ve right. If it is his self acquired then u still ve if he has not left behind any Will.
