What is a son's share in father's property in HUF

12-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
We the Hindu family, my grand father recently partitioned his house, my father earned property living in that house for many years without paying a rent to my grandfather ,as a son do. I have right to claim the property earned by my father saying that he lived in ancestor property so he could earn other property. What is my share in the property?

Once the property get into a partition the ancestral loop is cut. which means you can no more claim it as your ancestral property. The ground for challenge i can not discuss here without forgoing on factual merits of the case and i am limiting answer with this.

Sir/Madam,

Your grand father partitioned his property and your father got allotted some share from it, then that property is absolute property for your father. You as a daughter you can get if your father leaves the same through will/settlement etc. and you cannot claim any right on that.
