Please let me know what documents do we need from seller for using the land for business use. We want to setup a dairy farm there with bank loan.

Before purchasing any land you require to go through title verification in the registration offices, then you have to check whether any litigation is pending in any civil court and lastly you have to check the parcha- 1. In whose name it is recorded 2. Whether up-to-date khazna is paid or not and 3. Nature of the land.
You require to purchase commercial (nature) land, if it is not so conversation from BL&LRO is to be made.
