What do if construction wrongly done on other land

hello sir galti se pas wali property par construction gya h to koi solution h kya
First of all it is illegal to construct a house in the neighborhood land but now it has done in this situation you can talk to that land owner and try to sought out this situation with communication with that peraon

Your situation seems to be very strange. There is no remedy available to you. All you can do is try to mutually talk to the other land owner if he could do something. Courts will not be able to get any relief as there has to be a dispute for court to interfere. There is no one against you. All you can do is talk with the landowner and get something done.

An apology letter might be sufficient for the genuine owner and if he asked for remove that please remove that construction with your own expenses if he ask to do so. This is normal settlement case and please execute a normal compromise note for future obstacle.
